earned his B.A. in Theatre and Drama with an emphasis in scenic design from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2005. He designed sets for several plays, operettas, and children's theatre productions in the Madison area while also working at the historic Wisconsin Union Theater as a stagehand and assistant technical director doing everything from stage management to audio engineering to lighting design. After several years in the Madison arts scene, Jason moved to Washington, DC to pursue a law degree. He moved to Chicago in 2016 and now spends his days as a Policy Counsel with the U.S. Food & Drug Administration, advising on the regulation of tobacco products, and with his perfect dog, Bruno.
